Every message, and how to turn it down.

1. Service messages

Account emails confirm your sign-up, verify your email address, reset your password and confirm a purchase. These are part of the service and are sent whether or not you choose to receive the daily cue.

2. The daily cue

If you have a plan and reminders are on, you receive one email a day at the time you choose, containing up to three actions with a link straight to each task. It stops when the season ends.

3. Deadline reminders

Where a date matters (an order cut-off, a gift that must ship, a meal that needs shopping), a reminder may be sent ahead of it. Reminders are attached to a task you created, never invented.

4. Product and seasonal notes

Occasionally we send a short note about new features, seasonal deadlines or a change to the service. These are marketing messages, are sent only where you have agreed to them, and always include a one-click unsubscribe.

5. Turning messages off

• Switch the daily cue and reminders off in your account settings at any time.
• Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Household members you share a task with may receive a notification about that single task; they can ignore or close the link.

6. Delivery details

Messages are delivered by email only. If a message does not arrive, check spam and confirm your address in your account settings. Repeated hard bounces will pause email delivery to that address until it is confirmed.

We keep a suppression record when an address unsubscribes or bounces so we do not contact it again. Only the address owner can ask for delivery to resume.
