Free seasons for friends, and what counts as a referral.

1. Your referral code

Every customer has one personal referral code and a shareable link. Codes carry no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and belong to the account that generated them.

2. A qualified referral

A referral counts when a new customer signs up with your code and completes a paid order for the current season, and the order remains paid through the end of the 7-day refund window. Sign-ups that never pay, duplicate accounts, and orders that are refunded or reversed do not count.

3. What the friend receives

A friend who joins with a valid code receives the Family plan for the price of the Personal plan for that season. One code per new customer, and the discount applies to the current season only.

4. What the referrer receives

• Referral credit is counted per qualified referral and tracked in the referral section of your account.
• Rewards are applied to your next season or the season after, according to the reward table shown in your account.
• Credits are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another promotional discount on the same order.

5. Fraud and prevention

Self-referral, invented or purchased email addresses, multiple accounts for one household, paid advertising on the Christmas Cue name without permission, and any attempt to game the reward table are not eligible.

We may review referral activity, withhold or reverse credits, and close accounts involved in abuse. Email addresses must be real people you know.

6. Changes to the programme

We may pause, change or end the referral programme, its reward table or these terms. A referral already counted keeps the reward stated at the time it was counted. We will update this page and its date when anything material changes.
